My Story

From managing clicks to building systems that pay for themselves.

I am Zafar Shaikh. I started in Google Ads and SEO, managing campaigns for trade businesses, manufacturers, dental practices and professional services firms across the UK, Canada, the US and India. The work was technical, but the goal was always simple: get the phone to ring.

Over time I noticed the same pattern everywhere. Businesses would pay for visibility, get the clicks, and then lose the lead because nobody followed up fast enough. The marketing was working. The business around it was leaking.

Marketing should pay for itself. If I cannot connect the work to leads, appointments or revenue, I will not recommend it.
